The experience at the spa was beyond relaxing. The space is wonderful with excellent amenities. My massage was exactly what I needed, and the masseuses made the entire experience incredibly soothing.

I had the most lovely experience at the Cow Bay Spa. My mom and I go to treat ourselves every now and then, and they never disappoint. We had the "Winter Unwind" special and got to use the steam room and then have a back massage, mini facial and foot massage! Such a great package and great price! My masseuse was Zyla and she was AMAZING!!!! I have never been so relaxed. I can't wait to go back soon! Thank you Cow Bay Spa!

Zyla is a wizard. Hydration and anti aging are usually my issues and she treats them perfectly and gently as needed and listens to my needs. Thank you! Suri at the front desk is also very pleasant and attentive. I've been back twice now and planning on taking a third visit with friends in tow to show off the amazing work they do at this spa!

I meet with you Hannah Wang for acupuncture, she was very gentle and patient with me. It was my first visit at the Cowichan Bay location.

We had an amazing first experience at Cowichan Bay Spa! The steam sauna was fantastic and Lenka provided a phenomenal massage/facial. We will absolutely be coming back and will recommended to others. Thank you so much for letting this new momma have such a relaxing day!

Excellent service! Had a wonderful spa pedicure! Ruth is the best! Sweetest person to visit with, and I usually don’t care to be visiting too much and just enjoy my treatment, but Ruth is amazing! Besides feeling pampered by her - you go away feeling so well cared for & like family! My pedicure is gorgeous too! Thank you Ruth! Cowichan Bay Spa is soooooo clean and nicely modern 💖 It has the peaceful serene atmosphere that you’d expect at a high end Spa. So far I’ve used 2 of their services and have not been disappointed!! Can’t wait to try more! Will be going again and again I’m sure 😉💕💕💕
