I’ve been to many spas and this is by far the Best spa I have ever been to. Steam room was amazing, had a great salt bath in the best bathtub I have ever been in. Then had reflexology massage and mini facial with Lenka. Best masseuse ever. Can’t wait to go back.

This was my first time going for a Spa experience. I've had regular massage treatments before but not like this. I was greeted by a friendly and welcoming host named Carlos. I booked the 30 min salt soak and a 45 min massage with Lenka. She provided an amazing deep tissue massage, one of the best I've ever had! The space is very inviting and relaxing and I felt comfortable throughout my experience. I highly recommend giving yourself the gift of relaxation and self care and visiting this place. It was a great first spa experience for me and I am looking forward to going back in the near future!

Excellent facility - hidden gem 💎 in Cowichan Bay! Would highly recommend this place. We enjoyed an ‘Absolute Relaxation Massage’ — and the ‘Steam Sauna’! Great staff - keep up the great work!

I received a facial and a pedicure today from Ruth on my first visit to the Cowichan Bay Spa. It was a wonderful experience. Ruth is fabulous: she’s professional, expert at what she does, and very personable. And the spa is gorgeous. I highly recommend it. The whole staff are very welcoming. Thank you Ruth and Carlos!
