Sasha was brilliant as ever: professional, friendly, and efficient. I always feel super happy I found her, in the knowledge that she is a total pro at her job and takes everything from hygiene, eco-friendly products and personal comfort very seriously, yet can make you feel very much at ease, helped by the treatment room having a really nice atmosphere. Couldn't recommend Sasha enough.

I have regular lash lifts with Pip and I wouldn't go anywhere else. Spot on every time. I've also had waxing & my nails done. I'd much rather support a small business than go to a high street salon. Highly recommend.

Amazing experience here yesterday - Sarah had been recommended by a friend and I was desperate to get my hair colour refreshed but had had some disappointing (and expensive!) experiences elsewhere in Bristol over the last few years. I had a colour consultation and then a full head of highlights done and I am absolutely thrilled with the result. Sarah did them in such a way that they look completely natural and the effect is exactly what I was going for. She was also very friendly, great to chat to and the price was fantastic for the service. Highly recommend!

Delighted with my hair and found the owner Sarah lovely and friendly and Chloe gave me a great hair wash. I had waxing in two areas done by Kay for the first time, I was nervous as I know how painful it has been with other waxers, but Kay made me feel comfortable, and it wasn’t as painful as other places I have been too.
