I met Sam through football. I had mentioned my menopausal skin while having a mini meltdown. She recommended some products. I booked a husk and seed hydrating facial. Not only was it the best facial I have ever had but my skin instantly felt silky smooth. I can’t thank Sammie enough for giving me so much advice and genuinely caring about me. I have bought the products ( not through Sam ) she just tells you what is best for you so no hard sell just a genuine passion. I am really excited for my skin. Becky was amazing from start to finish during my wedding prep appointments which were nearly a full day of a job! I feel like a new woman and had such a relaxing time filled with great chat and a super friendly atmosphere. Pedicure, manicure, waxing, dermaplaning, lashes and brows…all absolutely perfect. I’ve been coming to Lois at Serenity for quite a while and she is amazing. She makes me feel so comfortable in whatever treatment I’m having. She’s the best at spray tanning - I have one every week and she does a fabulous job shaping my brows. I was always nervous to get a bikini wax but Lois puts you so at ease and the results are perfect.

Lauren is a lovely person and did an amazing job of tinting my lashes. I felt relaxed and in safe hands throughout the process and am very pleased with the results. Will be using Lauren's services from now on and can recommend her.

Louise has been doing my eyelashes over 2+ years now and honestly would not let anyone touch my eyes. She’s so down to earth and always greeted with the biggest smile. . Always made comfortable and she’s abit of an aging aunt aswell 😂
