An Absolutely lovely place to go for treatment. Kirsty is so kind and puts you at ease when have painful treatments (Waxing). She is very gentle at what she does it without any discomfort.

Brow Lamination with Amy, what a fantastic transformation of my eyebrows. My eyebrows are thin and plucked but with this treatment, wow what a huge difference it made. As a 70 year old with poor sight i cant do a lot makeup wise any more so first try at brow lash tint anf face wax. I can now see my eyebrows! This is a game changer for me and i am hugely grateful. Lovely lady patient and kind. No pain waxing. Brilliant experience and I will be back 😃

First appointment at bloom for a waxing treatment that can be quite daunting when going somewhere new. I received a warm welcome as soon as I walked through the door and was made to feel comfortable and at ease straight away by the lady doing my wax (apologies I forgot to catch your name!) my treatment was enjoyable (well as much as a waxing appointment can be!) and everything was fully explained and made sure I was happy with everything. Fully recommend and I’ve already booked my next appointment in advance. Thank you, you definitely have a new regular customer in me!
