Just got my nails done and I love them. Olivia is friendly, professional and very knowlegeable. She recommended I use cuticle oil on my nails and it really works. With my manicures, lovely gel polishes and using the oil my nails look and feel great. I would thoroughly recommend Olivia for all your beauty treatments. Can't wait for my next appointment. This was my first time visiting and won’t be my last! Both Harriet and Julia made me feel very welcome, they were very professional and very attentive. I had my nails, eyebrows waxed and tinted, eyelashes tinted, leg wax and Hollywood wax done today and could not be more thrilled with the results! The atmosphere in the salon was fantastic And all Covid precautions were clearly in place, I have no hesitation in recommending to all of my friends! Great work ladies! A++++++

Sophie got me holiday ready - waxing and gel toes. Even managed to do gel nails whilst I was having my hair coloured, so flexible and accommodating but more importantly the treatments are to a very high standard.

So pleased to find Shasta, superb treatments and such a lovely lady who puts you completely at ease. I'd highly recommend the intimate waxing - I was dreading it but it was pretty much painless and very quick with the hot wax Shasta uses. I'll definitely be coming again, thank you!

Rachel is the best nail tech I’ve used for making sure the gel doesn’t lift and it doesn’t. I wouldn’t go to anyone else now as a result. She always does my nails in the colours and designs I pick. Fabulous.

It was my first time at Bay Beauty and had a warm welcome the girls where lovely and chatty ..My nails have been terrible lately so was given advice on what was best for them ..also had waxing done the Lady that did both my treatments was very professional and will definitely be going back again (sorry I'm rubbish with names )

I love my visits to Brooke! I’ve been going for approx 18months now, the salon has a lovely welcoming environment and Brooke is fantastic, so friendly, chatty and immediately puts you at ease. I’ve had a range of treatments now, nails/lashes/eyebrows/waxing, and Brooke takes so much care and pays attention to the little details. I highly recommend a visit here for your beauty needs!

This is my second time attending a full leg wax with Sophie and once again it was done fabulously. Very thorough and consistent and I will most definitely be continuing to attend!

Sophie makes you feel relaxed from the get-go! Sophie is very knowledgeable with years of experience. I’ve already had a spray tan and a full body massage - both highly recommended. With a manicure and a waxing treatment already booked in - I’m looking forward to further sessions! Sophie is a little gem in Forest Hall!

Great firm massage no messing with a light touch she gets deep into your muscles which is what you need if you run or a serious gym goer. I would recommend Sofie to any of my gym or running buds. I feel like Im walking on air. Very professional throughout with just the right amount of chat. Will keep going xx
