Donna is absolutely fantastic! Had a fitting for a new system and the whole process was brilliant. She takes extreme care and checks in with you through the whole process making you feel very supported through out. It can be nervous getting a new system, but she fully included me in the whole process making it a very collaborative experience, completely taking away those anxieties. She is a legend!

I was made to feel super comfortable whilst having a spray tan which can in itself be uncomfortable🤣 and when I asked for a couple extra layers on my legs I was told it was not problem at all!! Now I’ve washed my tan off it looks fantastic and has given me the confidence I needed for my holiday!

Kiki is so excellent at waxing, fast and effective. And lovely, pleasant, uplifting company 💖 the other therapists I have tried have also been great.

Even having waxing didn’t make the experience unpleasant, especially as the team are always so friendly and professional
