Lou is amazing - the whole experience was great. The salon room is cosy and warm and very feminine. An excellent, professional manicure with Gem , Prive always delivers perfectly & is the most professional salon with all staff properly qualified in beauty therapy with , all the correct qualifications and properly earned by having studied in proper colleges within the legitimate English education system. The salon is comfortable, modern and spacious. Yes 5 * all the way and well deserved .
