It was my first time getting anything down to my eyelashes…I had a lash lift, Chloe was absolutely amazing in talking me through the process as I was nervous. As usual, gem is amazing at intimate waxing, she’s so fast and doesn’t give you time to think about it. All over and done quickly and effectively. She’s the best therapist I’ve known. Thank you gem for making me feel like new!

Gem is a fantastic beautician, but she’s especially outstanding and very quick at intimate waxing. She always talks to you while she’s doing it so you don’t have time to think about it and she’s so quick at it, so it’s all over and done within half an hour max. Her salon is also really clean and she uses really nice products. Thank you so much for it Gem. I wouldn’t go anywhere else!

Gem is amazing at all the treatments she offers, but I particularly think she’s outstanding at intimate waxing and brows. She’s also very good at gel nails, so I wouldn’t go anywhere else.
