It was a great experience, I have received a great facial from Kat and team. It was so relaxing and soothing and my skin felt so soft and supple instantly. The beautiful lady who did my facial was truely amazing she explained me every part of the process which made me so comfortable and confident with what’s happening with my face, kate was also very professional, helpful with the beautiful smile from the start, thank you for the beautiful experience.

Donna informed me step-by-step what she was going to do while also providing tips/advice along the way. I had been wanting to get laser done for a while but felt very hesitant due to having sensitive skin. However, when I found out Luminous SLC offered pain-free hair removal suitable for sensitive skin, I decided to give it a go! Donna was highly experienced and constantly ensured I was comfortable. Lovely atmoshere, and very clean. I booked in for an eyebrow and eyelash tint. The whole experience was amazing! Sophia took the time to ask questions prior to the treatment, and checked in a couple of times to ensure I was happy with my eyebrows. The outcome was exactly what I wanted. My eyebrows look much fuller and the colour suggested was a perfect match (brown) suited my skin tone. I can now go without mascara for some time. The treatment bed is so relaxing, I almost fell asleep. Definitely coming back.

I was given a comprehensive explanation into each step (including its benefits for the skin).
