My experience (again) here at Haven was excellent. Ceri did my eyebrows -wax and tint- and she understood exactly what I was after in terms of shape and colour. I made a walk in appointment the day before and was able to get my preferred time. Ceri was able to answer questions I had about skin care and she was happy to talk about alternatives to injectables.

Great as always! I’ve been going to cove medi spa since 2021 I believe and I will never go anywhere else. I absolutely love it there. The ladies are absolutely beautiful and so kind. The salon is always so clean and the products they have are quality and superb. I’ve had the deep sea skin facial 3 times and my skin is looking so close to perfection. It’s one of my many favourite facials I get at cove! The hydra facial is my holy grail for when I need a pick me up! Kate, Kristy and Hollie are the best when it comes to skin! Love you ladies!

I have not prioritised time to visit my favourite place ( or any place for that matter) for my skin care and I have missed it terribly. Kate you are a gem and I appreciate your honesty, feedback and your education to help me establish my best course of treatment for my skin. I had an amazing experience. The girls gave me a very in-depth consultation for concerns I had with my skin. They pin pointed the issue right away, and provided me with a relaxing treatment, which saw visible results immediately after. I have previously experienced anxiety for claustrophobia when using the LED light. The girls acknowledged my concern and talked me through the process, eliminating any anxieties with eye protectors that you can see through, and making me aware of the distance between my face the machine, ensuring I was comfortable and felt in control. Amazing.

I had skin needling suggested for my skin by Brina and hands down this was the best decision I have made. Today I had my 5th needling session and I can’t recommend this treatment enough. Ive always been very self-conscious about my redness and acne scaring which I would hide under my makeup so it’s really nice to be able to wear no makeup and feel confident. Thank you Kate, Brina and Kristy for working miracles on my face.

At the completion of my facial and Indian head massage I could move my neck freely. My skin although 80 yrs young is soft and hydrated . The most amazing is my neck. Marcela is the best and i will be back
