I recently came to Sammy for highlights after being dark for a while. Having had a bad experience before at another salon I was super nervous but Sammy was so reassuring and made the experience so lovely. My roots were done today by nessey and i had my roots cut, they were long, I wish they relized when I say to skin it dosent mean a few mm in lenght she also deied my cut off so when i wash it im thinking a lot of dye will come out

Absolutely amazing! I have been quite a few times and had a few different beauticians but all have been incredible! My favourite treatment is the express glo facial as it really rejuvenates my skin and is well priced. I find some facials very heavy on my skin and irritating- however, the Beauty Refinery’s never do! It’s super relaxing and they even gave me a chocolate at the end of my last appointment! One of my fave places in Leicester 🫶

Had Lauren do my hair today and I’m extremely happy with the results! It was a long appointment as I was having a very outgrown Balayage redone along with root smudge as recommended by Lauren and then my extensions refitted and cut. She listened to what I wanted and knew exactly what she was doing to get them results. Will definitely be booking with her again for my next appointment. Thank you so much :)

Everyone was so nice and supportive especially my stylist Megan who put in the effort to talk and make me feel comfortable offered drinks several times and reassured me several times did a wonderful job with my hair and made me feel and look absolutely stunning without damaging or ruining my hair at all love the place so much would 100% recommend others to go and get their treatment or colouring from here very very experienced and professional

Joanna sets the bar high when it comes to massages. I have to say it’s the first time when I had a massage done that well in Leicester! She’s very professional while maintaining that relaxed atmosphere throughout the session.
