Megan was absolutely amazing. The minute I sat in the chair she made me feel at ease . She listened to everything I was concerned about and we spoke in depth about the tone and colours I wanted we decided on going with a half head balayage with ashy blonde tones and it’s safe to say she absolutely smashed it. Su is fantastic hairdresser and genuinely nice caring person. She goes above and beyond when it comes to customer service, care, advice and experience overall. I only go to ooh hair and beauty to get my hair done and i wouldn't change that. Su cuts and dyes my hair and has been helping me care for my post pregnancy hair changes for the last 5 years (2 kids within this time!) I always got loads of compliments on my hair and it's been worth every penny!

Fantastic experience yesterday with Adam. Highlights were perfect just how I wanted them. He was very professional, his customer service towards the clients was amazing and he was so polite and well mannered. Nothing was to much trouble. Also a young girl who I believe is an apprentice there was so willing to learn and hung on his every word when he spoke and guided her in the right direction. I will definitely be back for this service with Adam and cannot recommend it highly enough. What a great team member and asset. Many thanks Adam I love it.

Fantastic experience. I went for highlights to blend grey and layered mid-length cut. Katie listened so carefully to what I wanted and did it beautifully. She was very attentive and customer care there was superb. Would highly recommend.

Extremely happy with my experience. Katie did exactly what I wanted and the highlights and toner were expertly done. The salon has a lovely calm atmosphere and all staff are very professional, friendly and welcoming. This is my second visit and I would highly recommend.
