Today I had an appointment with Roohi. I had my colour corrected and lightened from very dark to much lighter, and the experience was excellent from start to finish. She took her time, explained every step, and prioritised the health of my hair the entire way through. I never felt rushed or pushed into anything. She was honest about what was achievable, transparent about the process, and really educational. I was nervous about making such a big change, but she made me feel completely at ease and the results were worth it.

Had a lovely Vitamin C facial today with Quidad. Really enjoyed it, i feel my skin get clogged up with the dust in the air, the process was great, Quidad done a brilliant job. Have tried other facials here, this one was just as good as the retinol one. Thankyou.

Roohi did a fantastic job blow drying my hair! She gave me a great head massage whilst washing my hair. She put great effort into blow drying my hair and she’s done it afew times before which has lasted 4/5 days.
