Liliya was fantastic. She took time to understand my pain points and work led on the spots that needed attention during my aromatherapy massage. The overall service including the girl in the front desk was outstanding. The sauna, steam and all general area was clean and well maintained. I was very impressed and be coming back!!! Today’s aromatherapy massage was absolutely amazing. From start to finish, it was a truly restful and rejuvenating experience. We did couple massage aromatherapy and deep tissue. The staff were friendly and professional. Our masseuses did a great job for both, constantly checking in on us to make sure the pressure is ok and we are comfortable.

Absolutely 10/10. All the staff were absolutely amazing and made it a relaxing stay from start to finish. Lydia was awesome and managed to remove some knots from my back that have been there for awhile. Alice also provided amazing service and gave me refreshments after the massage. Can't wait to go back.

An absolutely amazing experience! I experienced the a Gua sha massage done by Wendy and I can't stop raving about it! Her offering was a service that was equally technically incredible and passionate. Truly a beautiful space with an amazing and welcoming staff! They greeted me with a cup of warm tea and sent me out with a bowl of fresh fruit and a sweet treat! So much gratitude and appreciation for the time I spent at pemberley!

Loved it! I know I selected a non-chatty massage but I think I might have talked more than my massage therapist Naomi. It was really good and I had to pause mid-sentence a lot of times to actually enjoy the massage. I am now looking into purchasing a membership so I can come every month to enjoy this goodness! Totally recommend.

I had an amazing time at this spa. I have visited manly luxury spas in Toronto, and this is by far my favourite. Very clean, and such amazing staff. My massage therapist Wendy was so sweet and knowledgeable. I will return again soon.

It was a gorgeous and luxurious experience and the hospitality was unmatched. The facility is super well maintained and absolute, gorgeous and clearly a lot of thought and time was put into the design and my massage was fantastic and was one of the first massages where I was kept warm throughout the music was a perfect temperature support was put underneath my legs at various points overall, a highly recommended experience and it is worth every sentence and dollar that you pay.

I love how they truly listen to their clients and go above and beyond to create the ultimate relaxation — the blackout curtains were the cherry on top! And Alicia… she has magic in her hands! I learned so much and walked out feeling confident to come back. Wonderful service, wonderful people, Adam took the time to understand what I needed and showed me where my issues stemmed from and was even kind enough to show me some stretches to help with my concerns. I was very much relaxed and made to feel comfortable … currently on my way home to have a good nap after my massage :) Thank you, Adam!

Irena and other massage therapist was able to provide amazing aromatherapy for couple massage that was therapeutic to release tension. My body especially my neck and shoulders felt so light and looser with technique and use of lavender and basil essential oils to help with affected areas. Thank you so much for your service!
