Absolutely amazing. The therapist unfortunately didn't catch her name . Very attentive massage very very good and the facial well amazing highly recommend especially if you want to disconnect for fee hours.

I had an amazing experience. Everyone was incredibly friendly. I booked an aromatherapy massage and a facial and since entering the Spa until leaving everyone was absolutely fantastic! Will definitely come back soon. Thank you to all the staff members for being so welcoming and making me feel so comfortable

Oihana was great. She took time to understand any previous injuries/aches/pains and asked me how firm I like my massage. I could feel her ironing out all my knots and taking time to do this and checking after. My muscles - and I as a whole - feel so much more relaxed! Thank you, as ever, UCLH Staff Spa!

Havva was fab yet again…this time had reflexology .. Which means she is exceptionally excellent at Thai massage, massage and reflexology. Can’t wait for my nose to heal then she can get to work on my sinuses and facial points . Thank you.

The best massage I’ve ever had!

Madeleine was amazing! She gives a strong facial massage which I personally loved as it gets the blood circulating and I felt like all the serums and products were massaged deep into my skin. I felt glowy and gorgeous!
