Tata provided the best deep tissue massage I have ever experienced. Every single staff member was extremely friendly, kind, and offered exceptional service. Proper hygiene measures were taken at all times and it was very clean. Will definitely go back and recommend to others. I had been feeling very stressed but now I feel so good! Thank you :)

My acupuncture and massage with Harriet was absolutely wonderful. Was my first time trying acupuncture and Harriet made me feel super at ease and was great at talking me through what she was doing. Super relaxing and her hands are magical, wished the massage could have lasted forever! Definitely recommend

Delia did a good job on my hydro dermabrasion facial. My skin is smooth and glowing after the treatment. She took what i said before the treatment of what my concerns were and made sure i would get those results. I went in for a back massage as i had tension on my shoulders and Delia took the time working on this area to get those knots out, and i now feel less tensed. The pressure and technique was very good. Delia did a great job on the treatments and she is a great person to have as your therapist as she will take care of you and make sure all your needs are met.

I had a back, neck and shoulder massage which was really firm whilst also relaxing. I had lots of knots and she really focused on those areas so I feel alot looser now. I then had a facial from Irene who was amazing, my face looks so much more plump and a completely different shape to as I came in. My skin was visibly cleaner. Thanks so much to both

Amanda was absolutely amazing and instantly helped my jaw relax with the TMJ Tension Release massage. She worked on my shoulders and back which were carrying a lot of tension as a result of my TMJ and then did a fantastic buccal/intraoral massage which really helped me. I was completely relaxed and pain free after the massages and just wish I lived closer so I could see Amanda regularly! If you are considering trying her, don't hesitate- she is the best!

Incredible experience! Attention to detail and service was exceptional overall. I got the 45 min spa + 45 min Swedish massage, and would recommend it to everyone! You have the spa area all to yourself, with a jacuzzi, sauna, steam room, and shower. Lots of attention to detail to make sure we were as comfortable as possible. The massage itself was also excellent and very professional. Although it was my first time, I felt very comfortable and left as a happy customer.

I had a great first visit experience at Hops, it’s a very welcoming environment and I had a very relaxing hair wash with head massage, and pleasant cut with my hairdresser. We also discussed colour for next time. Thank you!
