This was my first time having a lymphatic drainage massage & Anne-Marie was just fantastic. She explained all the benefits & put me right at ease. I felt absolutely wonderful afterwards & I've already booked in for another in 1 months time. Anne-Marie was fantastic

Everyone was so lovely and welcoming. Marta gave me an excellent deep tissue massage, ensuring I was comfortable with the whole process. The lymphatic drainage effects were pretty much immediate and I feel about an inch taller

From Danielle welcoming us to taking us to the most Devine seating area to the little added things this is an experience I won’t forget and highly recommend to anyone and everyone. Martina my therapist was attentive, personable and knew just what I needed. Back neck and shoulders massage was spot on and the delicious facial with JustBe products has left my face illuminated. Loved the affirmations to start along with foot bath and then a gin to end. I mean how better to start a working week.

As soon as I walk through the doors of the Gin Spa, I feel myself instantly relax. The whole experience is a sensory delight. From the decor, the music to the scent running through the air. My therapist, Morgan was wonderful. It was my first experience of a Hot Stone massage and it has quickly taken first place as my favourite treatment. The only downside is that the treatment has to end! I am already booking my next one.

I love visiting the NE Beauty Lounge for spa pedicures and massages! Everytime I walk in the girls are always so warm and welcoming it’s such a nice experience 🥰 I had a spa pedicure done yesterday the girl who done it was absolutely lovely she did a fantastic job I felt so relaxed and it was good having a little bit of downtime to myself - such a treat! Thanks girls can’t wait for my next treatment 😌

Staff clearly want to provide the best customer experience with no expectation or encouragement to buy any products. Will definitely return.
