I had an amazing experience with my hairstylist. From start to finish, they were incredibly professional, attentive, and welcoming. They took the time to understand exactly what I wanted and delivered even better results than I expected. I normally avoid long waits at any hair salon, so I always follow the barbers' recommendation to schedule an appointment in advance. They often remind clients that without an appointment, they will need to be fitted in around existing bookings which can lead to extended waiting times. My 10:00am appointment today was disappointing. The barber advised he would be 30 minutes late, but never arrived or followed up. Thankfully Teekay stepped in and was extremely professional ensuring I received exactly what I requested. I appreciate her service but leaving at 11:20 am was frustrating.

Ashlee made sure I was comfortable throughout the entire process, and Kyna was very informative—she really emphasized the importance of maintaining great home care.
