The only "bad" thing was having to leave after 2 hours of absolute bliss.

Stepping into 2025 with severe lower back pain was not how I wanted to start the year. I booked with Calista and she helped me so that I could move and bend. So it was a nerve impingement in the SI muscle. Very grateful that I can always call and be helped.

By the time the session was over I had learned that my feet clearly indicate the areas of my body I need to put attention on. My legs were so relaxed and tension free when I left.
