As per usual I had a fabulous reflexology treatment by Emma today. Who would have thought that your feet can tell such a story about every part of your body and your internal well being!! On top of that Emma took the time to listen to the problems I've been experiencing of late. It's always good to have someone to listen to you in such a caring manner....

After suffering with a non-stop headache for months I decided to take a chance and got a massage/acupuncture course from Liam over at Peak Performance. I suffer with tension headaches and migraines tried massage and medication but it didn’t help, I had a session of acupuncture with Sophie and she knew exactly what to do! It was my first time visiting for acupuncture. Amy was super knowledgeable, professional and reassuring which put me at ease immediately. Everything was fully explained in regard to the treatment, the why and the benefits (so different to my previous experience with acupuncture). The space was clean, calm and welcoming which made it easy to relax. Amy couldn’t have done more to make sure that I was comfortable. I felt amazing afterwards; the effects of the treatment were immediate. So pleased with my first experience and will definitely be returning for another treatment. Thank you :)

Cant speak highly enough of the service and conversations with Liam both about the knowledge of the affected area for the massage and acupuncture and then the personal conversations in between talking about what is being done to improve the effected area.
