I was made to feel welcome. Everything was explained to me. Ive never had acupuncture before and was reassured at every stage. I felt very relaxed. Would definitely recommend.

This was my first visit and Kristen made me feel very comfortable. She understood my issues and explained the treatment process clearly. The acupuncture felt weird initially but not painful. I was so relaxed after 10 minutes that I dozed off! I'm feeling hopeful that I'll notice changes over the next few days.
