Waarom doen acrylnagels pijn?

Acrylnagels kunnen samentrekken en strakker worden na het aanbrengen en dit kan ongemak veroorzaken; het mag echter niet langer dan 24 uur duren. Als je daarna pijn ervaart, kan dit een teken van schade of infectie zijn, vooral als je nagels te laag zijn gevijld of je nagelriemen te ver naar achteren zijn geduwd vóór het aanbrengen.
