Every appointment exactly on time, Imelda is very friendly and professional. I had treatments for skin tags, facial thread veins and removal of a sun damaged spot on my face and neck. Everything I asked for was achieved, healing taking place just as Imelda told me, 5 sessions in total. I’m so pleased with the results and I’m finally wearing tops without collars, and no foundation on my face! I highly recommend Imelda at Gaia (I didnt receive any treatments from Debbie).

Nur is such a professional. She made me feel so comfortable. To the point that I booked quite a few back-to-back treatments with her over the past few weeks, all within a short amount of time, because I came to trust her with it all. As always, Imelda was very friendly and efficient! I’m so pleased with the success of my treatments - firstly removal of a lot of skin tags on my neck which needed 2 sessions and I’m left without a single mark; secondly she has treated my facial thread veins, again great success (treatment took 2sessions for me). I highly recommend Imelda at Gaia!

I had my treatment today with Nur and she carried out a really thorough consultation, explaining the procedure in detail, what to expect, the potential risks, and answering all of my questions. I never felt rushed or pressured at any point, and she made sure I was fully informed before asking for my consent to go ahead. Nur is so professional, knowledgeable and genuinely cares about her clients. She made me feel completely relaxed and at ease throughout the whole appointment. With my first session having SkinPen treatment with Nora, I had a very warm welcome. I felt she educated me honestly about what the correct way of skin treatments shoud be done. I felt she cares for her clients needs. She will tell you exactly what you don’t/will need doing - but of course it’s entirely up to you I lf you like it considering. With SkinPen I had today. I felt instant tightness and and tingling. I cannot wait for the next few days to see my results. I’m looking forward having my other sessions! 😊💕
