I am satisfied with my first session of treatment of my skin. Dr. Yam is talented, he looks at details and is very accurate with his consultation. Sierra is an amazing person, she is a very friendly, patient and talented skin care technician. I have deep old acne scars on my face. She did a vampire facial and PRP to my skin. Honestly, I didn't feel any pain during the session just a little bit of pain around my nose area. For the rest. I feel like she is massaging my face. After my first session, my face was very red for 3 days and then it peeled and healed exactly as Dr. Yam explained to me.

The team at this medical clinic is truly second to none! Siara is incredibly friendly and welcoming at the front, making you feel comfortable right away. Dr. Wii—who practiced as a physician in Thailand and is now a licensed LPN here—performed Botox treatments for my mom and me with a gentle touch and precise technique. I just had a wonderful experience at PRP Skincare & Laser. Dr. Yam was extremely knowledgeable and took the time to explain each treatment thoroughly and answer all of my questions. During my treatment I felt relaxed, and well taken care of. All of the staff were so friendly and kind. I just got botox today, but I’ll definitely be back for the infamous vampire facial!

A very professional environment! Dr Yam is very knowledgeable, answers any and all questions to ensure you’re comfortable with the procedures going forward. Very transparent and pricing, and doesn’t at all push you to do more than you were looking for. I am so happy with my lip filler results, they look very natural and plump! I can’t wait for my botox to set in to see my final results. All in all a complete 5 star experience and I’m excited to return to this clinic for further treatments!

I just had such a wonderful experience at PRP! I did Botox and HIFU, and everything was honestly perfect. P’wi and p’karn were incredibly gentle, patient, and reassuring throughout the whole process. The injector explained every step clearly, made me feel super comfortable, and the results already look amazing. The clinic is clean, modern, and welcoming. You can really feel that they care about their clients. I’m so happy I found this place and will definitely be coming back! (and I’m from Montreal!)

This clinic is outstanding. I was very nervous but both Sierra and the doctor were so kind and supportive that it made me feel very much at ease. I highly recommend this clinic for PRP treatment for lichen sclerosis.

Everyone was so kind and professional. They were very informative, explained things well prior to and during the treatment. The treatment was very comfortable, and were on time. I’ve had PRP before ant a different clinic, and was quite tender and bruised for a few days afterwards. This time I felt almost nothing and had no post-op discomfort! I will be returning.

Once again, Dr. Yam and aesthetic nurse injector Wii provided excellent care during my visit yesterday to PRP Medical Aesthetics, where I was warmly welcomed by Siara. I see Dr. Yam and nurse Wii a couple of times a year and wouldn’t trust my eye and lip treatments to anyone else. I sincerely appreciate their expertise and professionalism, but I especially value that they take time to listen to my concerns and offer treatment plans that I’m not only comfortable with but also get results I love!!

I had a visit today to do PRP microneedling with Siera and was introduced to do the injection with Ms. Wi (Dr. from Thailand). Ms. Wi is very gentle and give me some knowledge in medical advice. I have been going to PRP for treatments frequently. Dr. Yam and Siera have been very pleased and care for my treatments and now my skin have improved. I am looking forward to going back for the next treatment soon.
