It was a last minute experience I booked and needed something desperately. I didn't know what to expect but the information of the experience sounded just what I needed to help with stress and emotional tension. The location was easy to find and Barbara even sent a helpful text on where to park as well. I was welcomed at the door and made to feel at ease and safe. Barbara talked me through it briefly and then began. The experience itself was wonderful, it was also very relaxing and super interesting to feel the different sensations. I highly recommend this and will definitely rebook again

Ciara is not just a fantastic hairdresser, but such a lovely person too ✨ I first went to her for a blow-dry and instantly felt comfortable and welcome (and it looked FAB). More recently, I trusted her with a full hair transformation - my first new hairdresser in over 10 years - and I’m still OBSSESSED with the result. She listened, guided me through the whole process, and absolutely delivered. My hair is exactly how I wanted it. So grateful the universe brought me to her ✨ Cannot recommend her enough - talented, warm, and genuinely amazing at what she does.

From the moment I arrived, Maria created such a calm, welcoming atmosphere that I instantly felt at ease. Her understanding of my fibromyalgia and osteoarthritis was exceptional—she tailored every part of the massage with genuine care and expertise. For the first time, I was able to fully relax and enjoy a treatment without discomfort or anxiety. It was truly a wonderful experience, and I’m already looking forward to my next visit.

Best service in Stevenage! I’ve been going to see Rhiannon for well over a year now and she has completely changed the health of my nails, I would honestly never go anywhere else. Have also had my eyelashes lifted and my make up done with her and always been so impressed. Not only that, Rhiannon is also so lovely and always provides a 10/10 service!

Great cut and blow dry. Shukti creates a friendly and welcoming environment and the cut is always fantastic.

Clair is very knowledgeable and immediately put me at ease. Everything was explained to me and there was plenty of opportunities to ask questions. The treatment was very relaxing, only slightly stinging and Clair reassured me throughout. I am absolutely delighted with the results. They look like my brows but better. No nasty black slugs. Clair went through the after care, listening and answering questions. My six week follow up appointment is booked. Overall, a very positive experience which I would recommend.

Always a great haircut and very easy last minute booking. Barbers are always friendly and chatty. I travel out of my way to come to the Stevenage Tesco Express Gould as they are consistently good

Rhiannon smashed it once again. Couldn’t ever go anywhere else for my nails now. I moved to Stevenage a few months ago and was trying to find a new nail tech. Absolutely landed on my feet with Rhiannon! I LOVE my nails every time. She also makes you so comfortable throughout your appointment! 5 star all round. X x

I had a really nice facial treatment and felt very comfortable the whole time., done gently and professionally, I have a dry skin and now is fresh and looks much better, definitely I will come back.
