I recently moved to Royston and was looking for a new place to go for a facial. I booked the Dermalogica Pro 60 with Agnes and she was absolutely incredible. The facial was amazing and so relaxing. I would highly recommend and would 100% be going again!

This was my first visit to Serenity. I had Gel nails done by Lauren. Lauren was very welcoming and friendly. It was a really good experience and Lauren did a great job. I will definitely return.

Fantastic therapist. I loved her persona. Amazing treatment. I was advised beforehand of what would be happening. Then given great lowdown after the treatment too. I was well informed of the process. I felt amazing afterwards. The ambience of the salon is delicious. A great boutique downstairs and spa-like salon rooms upstairs. Great idea. Great pricing too. I recommend.

Lovely relaxing Reiki in a cosy warm cabin with Charlotte was a perfect end to my day. Charlotte’s very professional and the cabin smelt wonderful. I love coming here.

Liz is great, she has helped me get my nails back to being healthy again. Every appointment I come out with beautiful nails - she is the best!

A lovely treatment from start to finish and sarah is so friendly and welcoming. Really enjoyed our chats too 🥰
