Lovely calm atmosphere; had three consecutive treatments, brows, facial and nails. Each dine with care and thoughtfulness facial includes a wonderful head massage and attention to tightness in the neck. . Left feeling really happy and relaxed

Another super online Pilates session with Mai! Mai is supporting me now postpartum to help me recover and build myself back up after c-section delivery. She has tailored the plan, drawing on her own experience, her superb knowledge of the body and combination of multi-disciplinary movement principles. I truly trust Mai and have seen the results through different stages of my life over last 6yrs.

Great session continue mobility work, balance and stretching very tight muscles and hips. Use recumbent machine to finish. I must go swimming to supplement therapy. Am improving slowly steadily. Am trying to improve my general condition after loss of confidence. Physical and mental well being. Improving. Thanks

The reset treatment was absolutely amazing. I felt so relaxed and my skin felt so hydrated and the products that Nicola use smell absolutely great. Nicola had thought of everything from what drink you would like when you arrive to whether you prefer the treatment couch to be heated or not - I did and I felt so lovely and warm under the soft fluffy duvet. Cannot recommend Nicola enough ❤️

Progress continues advancing on to further stretches for mobility release very tight muscles and using pulleys to increase strength. My physical and mental wellbeing confidence is improving helping balance and everyday life. Thanks

Wow what an experience! Shai made sure my treatment was very thorough and professional with excellent customer service. It was all around a very relaxing afternoon and I left with my skin very soft, bright and rejuvenated! Would definitely recommend.
