Vanessa is lovely. She's extremely knowledgeable about colouring and did an excellent job. Molly did a very thorough job of washing the colour out of my hair and made sure she was happy with the outcome before moving me from the wash basin. Always really friendly and chatty in the salon.

Cody is professional, friendly and is the best at what she does offers array of treatments.ive been going to her for well over a year now. Soo so happy she's back in gainsborough.ps salon is clean tidy oh and katey is the best in the business if you want your nails done!! 💅

Hannah is extremely knowledgeable and client centred. My facial was very relaxing. I didn’t want it to end. I will be changing my skin care regimen based on Hannah’s excellent advice. My skin felt wonderful after my facial. I will be recommending her to my friends and going back myself.

Sharni really listens to her clients and always goes that extra mile and makes you feel so comfortable and able to give your honest feedback. Had the pleasure of being supported to find a wig by sharni today as I've recently been diagnosed with cancer. I usually wear a system but needed it removing to attend various scans. Sharni couldn't of been more helpful and kind if she'd tried. She is the nicest consultant anyone could meet.
