She doesn’t rush and takes time to speak with you and find out any particular issues you’re having that she might be able to help with and will always give you what you need and ask for. Her new treatment room in Caerphilly is great. A really nice relaxing room. Can’t wait to see you again soon. xx

After having my ears pierced with Empress caerphilly last year, there was no where else I'd take my daughter for her ears to be pierced. My daughter was quite nervous, but was totally put at ease, and was talked through the whole process. Can't recommend them enough. She's now looking forward to booking her nose piercing.

Adele is fantastic as what she does really is a font of knowledge when it comes to skin care and my skin is always glowing after her treatments. I had dermaplaning & biorepeel done for the second time to which after care was given too

I’ve had a few piercings done at Caerphilly branch and they have always been welcoming, helpful and easy to talk to. Today I Popped into the branch to have a jewellery change, they were so helpful with this. I have been recovering from an operation I had 8 weeks ago and Emily was so welcoming to see me and as always was asking how I was doing with my recovery, this meant a lot as the girls here at empress always take the time to get to know you and ask you how you are doing. Emily especially always goes out of her way to make me feel comfortable and relaxed. I wouldn’t go anywhere else.

As always, Keira was amazing! I had a profhilo structura procedure and there was little discomfort. Keira explained everything and made me feel at ease. She is excellent at what she does and is much gentler than other practitioners I have used. Highly recommend.

Louise provided high quality customer service in a stress free calming environment in a quiet location outside Caerphilly town centre. Louise was very polite and pleasant and put me at ease during the treatment session. The result was fab, great, and the cost was a extremely reasonable, excellent ! 5 star service as always from both Gemma and Jess. Where do I begin. I have been a regular customer of the salon angels for a few years now and Gemma and Jess are always so professional and helpful they both go above and beyond to make sure I’m comfortable. (Wheelchair user, so sometimes need their help) nothing is too much trouble for them and I always leave feeling happy and relaxed. Gemma’s skin care knowledge is second to none. It is about time Caerphilly had such a great salon/spa like experience . I have received so many compliments after having my facials .
