Great experience at this new Cricklewood branch. On Sunday the branch was understaffed so I had to wait almost 30 minutes for my appointment, but once my electrolysis started, the technician Fatima was super efficient and skilled w a great manner. Thank you, Fatima! 🙏🏼🙏🏼💕💕

The therapist was slightly late for my appointment, but the services was excellent once she had arrived.

I really love Marwa. She is such an attentive beautician really knows her stuff and looks out for client skin really well. She's amazing and it's the only place I go for my facials now
