Great !! However... I did request brow lamination and lash lift and tint. Not a brow tint and lamination. I feel like we were knee deep to say anything at that point but you did a great job and they do look amazing just a bit darker then I figured considering I wasn't supposed to get a tint on brow ! 😉

The customer service is excellent—responsive, attentive, and genuinely focused on making sure I am happy with the outcome. On top of that, the studio is both friendly and comfortable, creating a relaxed atmosphere that instantly put me at ease. It’s rare to find a place that combines such high standards with a warm, welcoming vibe. Highly recommend!

Overall I had a really lovely experience with the girls downtown! The studio was clean, quiet and comfortable. Mia ensured I was happy with the look of my nails every step of the way and Ly was efficient and lovely to chat with during my pedicure.

Everyone is so lovely when you go in, you’re always greeted warmly and it’s not intimidating at all. I was nervous to get lasered, )especially in areas that most people don’t see). Hailey and Pana both make me feel at ease. The treatments are nothing short of miraculous, honestly! I had only 1 session and the areas I had lasered, almost no hair had grown back, or very little hair. If you’re hesitating getting it done, just do it, you’ll love the results! I’m happier than I thought I’d be, it’s soooo nice not having hair growing in unwanted places anymore. Thank you so much Hailey and Pana!
