Charlotte is truly lovely 🌹 & trust worthy her work is amazing! she talks you though everything to make sure you understand & are happy for her to begin I can now look in the mirror & smile instead of feeling down she knows what is needed I trust her so much I just let her do what she feels is needed Charlotte is a treasure in a Baildon Thank you ❤️

Another fabulous appointment with Katie. Absolutely love my new lashes and brows can't believe the difference! Was so lovely chatting to Katie too, she's lovely and comfortable to chat to and was a really nice experience. Highly recommend!
