Lilly is brilliant! My eyebrows are naturally wonky af (very challenging to shape and wax). Lilly worked absolute magic shaping my eyebrows and took so much care to make me feel comfortable throughout! My eyebrows haven’t looked this nice in 30 years! I had such an amazing experience. It was so relaxing I nearly fell asleep twice! I have very sensitive skin so I was concerned my skin might react to the products but Nina was upfront about what to expect and very accomodating and assuring, testing the products for a few minutes and checking with me if I felt any reaction, which I didn’t! The products were all very natural and smelt so fresh. I’ve actually never done a facial before because of fears around my sensitive skin but I got this as a birthday gift, and I’m so pleased to have found a place I will definitely be coming back to!
