Louise is extremely welcoming, and so is the space. Tranquil, relaxing...and the Ifrared Sauna pod is amazing. I'm coming back!

Had my first visit today for a Indian head massage from the minute I walked in. The room was warm and welcoming. I felt so relaxed. I come out feeling even more relaxed. Definitely revisit. Highly recommended.

Louise is so welcoming and knowledgeable. The sauna pod is a game changer for me, alleviating chronic pain, inflammation and giving me a much needed energy boost. I highly recommend having a go.

What an amazing beauty therapist ! I fell asleep during my luxury facial it was just so relaxing and peaceful. The whole experience was amazing I will definitely be going back and highly recommended The Beauty Loft. I felt very cared for by a true professional, perfect 🌼

I just tried my first sauna pod. Louise is super calming and has made a wonderful, peaceful space to unwind. I tried the sauna pod to support other health changes I am making - what I know so far is I left feeling calm and so incredibly & deeply warm (on this horrible wet & cold evening!) and that is a lovely indulgence in itself. I'm going to book my next session and look at all the other wonderful things that Louise has to offer in this space.

I recently had the pleasure of experiencing beauty services at the newly added Spa from Seven st Mawes, located within the Idle Rock Hotel, and I must say, it was an exceptional experience from start to finish. Upon entering the salon, I was immediately captivated by the spa-like ambiance. The serene atmosphere, combined with soothing music created a perfect escape from the hustle and bustle of everyday life. The treatment I received was nothing short of sublime. I had a very positive experience at The Beauty Loft. The service was professional, and the atmosphere was friendly. I would definitely recommend it! The waxing was quick and thorough, and the pedicure exceeded my expectations compared to other high street salons I have visited, especially with the relaxing massage at the end.

Fantastic massage, feeling relaxed and much looser. Sally listened to my concerns and tailored the massage to my needs. Probably the best massage I've ever had from a clearly knowedgable therapist. The spa room was well equipped and conducive to a very relaxing treatment.
