I had the most amazing reflexology session with Rachel. The salon was friendly and beautifully laid out, her room was relaxing and warm and the treatment was divine!! I was very relaxed and sleepy during my treatment and Rachel's magic hands helped soothe my aches and pains!

I visited for my first massage last week, I was after a deep tissue massage to relieve spasm in the muscles along my spine. The studio is lovely, clean and just had a cosy/relaxing feeling to it. Shay was great about understanding my main concern and really friendly. Most importantly my spine was immediately better and I have not experienced any pain or discomfort whilst at rest in my spine since. Best/most effective deep tissue massage I have ever had! I was so impressed, I returned less than a week later for a migraine trigger point massage! Highly recommend - thank you Shay x

I had an incredible experience at Ruen Thai Spa on Sunday! The ambiance was nice, and the staff was warm and welcoming. Only one think I need to mention : You need relaxing music inside the room ! Massage was nothing short of amazing; the therapist skillfully relieved my tension and made me feel truly relaxed. I left feeling rejuvenated! I highly recommend Ruen Thai Spa for anyone seeking a blissful escape.

We ha a truly wonderful experience at Ruen Thai! From the moment we walked in, the atmosphere was calm, welcoming, and beautifully relaxing. I recently had a deep tissue massage with Methi and it was absolutely fantastic! I've been having a lot of tension in my neck and shoulders, and he really listened to my concerns and focused on those areas. The pressure was perfect, and I felt so much relief afterward. He also gave me some great tips for stretches I can do at home. The atmosphere was relaxing, and Methi was very professional and friendly. I highly recommend Methi and Ruen Thai Spa for anyone looking for a great massage! I will definitely be back for another massage soon.

Nicky was incredible. She quickly identified all the areas that needed attention and worked through the tight knots with the perfect amount of pressure. Just back from another amazing treatment with Rachel. This time I opted for an hour and a half and it was so worth it. Started with reflexology and then onto a full body massage. I've never been so calm, quiet and relaxed. Having ADHD I always struggle to relax, and my brain is never quiet, very rarely my mouth too. But starting with the reflexology made such a huge difference, I usually talk through a lot of my treatment, this time, not one word. Thanks so much Rachel.

I can 100% recommend Much Kneaded and the Japanese Head Spa they offer. I had my first Japanese head spa there, after which I felt so relaxed and refreshed. The atmosphere felt serene with calming music. This is perfect for anyone seeking deep relaxation, stress relief, and improved scalp/hair condition.
