Turns out what I really needed was a deep tissue massage and I will be coming back for one of those! The candle massage was relaxing and the therapist really looked after me and made me feel so much more relaxed and limber. 10/10

The hair scalp experience was fantastic and so relaxing. My scalp and hair feel extremely clean and free of buildup. I booked for my daughter and I to have the treatment together and both of us can’t wait to come back! We have been looking for a Japanese hair spa in London and are so happy to have found one.

I visited the new SOAK in Fulham and had a Hydrafacial with Lumi Iacob, and it was genuinely one of the best skin treatments I’ve ever had. The space feels calm, beautifully designed, and instantly relaxing, and Lumi is what truly makes the experience special. She is incredibly knowledgeable, gentle, and attentive, and she explained every step of the Hydrafacial in a way that felt both reassuring and personalised. My skin looked brighter, cleaner, and noticeably more hydrated straight away. SOAK is such a welcome addition to Fulham, and Lumi is a real standout. I’ll definitely be back.

This is the best facial I've ever had ANYWHERE. Carla manages to combine a pharmaceutical grade facial with a spa like relaxing experience that is unmatched. From the hot eucalyptus scented towels and heated bed, to using high end products you'd see at your medspa, it literally is the highlight of my month! I'd be here every week if I could.

The atmosphere was calm and relaxing from the moment I walked in, with soft lighting and soothing music that helped set the tone. I have been going to this salon for a year and it’s wonderful. It is the same care that you can find in Brazil, everyone is polite, professional and friendly. They offer you drinks and pay attention to details! The nail art is perfectly done, the waxing is fast and smooth, the pedicure and manicure are very relaxing ! Best one I’ve been to in London yet !

What an experience! This was my first time getting a japanese head spa and it was incredible. I’ve been looking around for a while and thought I would take the plunge and book. Karina is the absolute best! She explained everything in full and made sure that I was comfortable. She is beyond kind, knowledgable and she cared a lot about the experience and ensuring you were as relaxed as possible. Such a great time to unwind and relax. Amazing deep tissue and sports massage—honestly one of the best I’ve had. Mangala really knows what he’s doing, finding all the right spots and working through tension with real precision, but without it ever feeling rushed. It struck the perfect balance between firm, targeted work and leaving me feeling properly relaxed and looser afterwards. Couldn’t recommend him enough, and I’ll definitely be booking in again in three weeks’ time!

The salon interior is absolutely stunning and feels very elevated. However, with so many nail salons now opening in the Parsons Green area, treatments also need to stand out — not just the design of the space. My pedicure with Montanna was lovely, relaxing, and very professionally done. The finish was good and the service was pleasant throughout. That said, I personally do not feel the treatment reflected the original £68 price point. Thankfully, the 50% opening offer made the experience feel far more worthwhile.

An amazing dermalogica calming pro facial with Lumi- she is so knowledgable and delivered my treatment with kindness and empathy given I had some sensitivity. What an experience at Anyma in Fulham. The place is beautiful perfect to relax. Christina was friendly with communication before my appointment, making everything easy despite of my very last minute booking. Giuseppe was fantastic. He gave me a beautiful treatment, cut, style and blow dry, and I can’t believe how soft and healthy my hair feels now. I left feeling refreshed and so happy with my hair. It’s clear that Giuseppe genuinely cares about the health of your hair, not just how it looks on the day. Thank you both for this wonderful experience – I can’t wait to have my next visit !

I’m from Romania and I came to London just to visit my sister. I honestly didn’t have much expectation because I always do my treatments back home and I’m very used to how things are done there. But this salon really surprised me. The care, the details, the way they work, everything felt very professional and nice. I didn’t expect to like it this much. When I left I was thinking that I wish we had a place like this in Romania. If I lived here I would 100% come back. I really recommend it.
