I booked Jayde Spa for a weekend with my mum and sister and booked a treatment each with Keji. She was so attentive and kind, we all came back to the pool so relaxed. I’d recommend her to anyone thinking of booking a treatment! Thank you again for looking after us Keji!

I’ve been going to Laura consistently for around 6 months now for facials and microneedling. My main goal was to improve my skin texture, tone, and overall glow, and I can honestly see a real difference in my skin (so have my friends!). Laura created a tailored plan for me and explained everything clearly throughout, which made me feel really comfortable from the start. The treatment room is always calm, private, and relaxing, and I really look forward to my appointments each month. Highly recommend!

LOUIS 💓 is usually my goto hair growth guru. Suffering with alopecia its hard to be authentic but Lois has given me amazing results so much so I am now more confident to be myself and today gorgeous SUMMER 💓 was given my follicly challenged head to work on. Wow! These amazing people totally know what they are doing. I was a bit nervous giving my little head to another pair of hands. But I needent of worried. My treatment by SUMMER 💓 was just as amazing! This little business is one of the best things to come out of Liverpool! Its definitely my little piece of paradise in my home city. 💓xx

Gorgeous treatment with a gorgeous beautician. Evie has left me glowing after my facial and lymphatic drainage massage. The smells of her products leave you smelling like you’re fresh out of a spa and, the laughter you have with Evie makes you feel like you have been to see your bestie! Couldn’t recommend Evie enough 💕💐

Absolutely gorgeous facial with Shim. It was so relaxing and therapeutic in a gorgeous, chilled, environment. The heated bed made it extra relaxing and I loved the no talking rule. Highly recommend!

I’ve had several treatments here and it’s a great experience. My first treatment was a microneedle and facial. Laura was great, made me feel at ease right away in a location with a gorgeous view. Her technique was really good and was not painful in the slightest. After the redness had gone down, my skin felt really smooth with a good glow. The facial was also really nice and felt very relaxing. I almost fell asleep. Laura left me to relax for a few minutes afterwards which was bliss as I’ve got a very busy life. Laura took the time to explain everything she was doing and tailored the treatment to my skin’s specific needs, which I really appreciated. She is warm, kind, and clearly knows her craft. I've been going to Shim for years for a number of treatments, she is always so professional and friendly. I have a massage every month which are absolutely amazing I feel so relaxed and pampered afterwards, so much so that my husband is now having back massages too, I would recommend her to anyone.
