I went to see Alison for my powder brows and was quite nervous at first, but she immediately made me feel comfortable in a relaxing environment. She was very confident, professional, and genuinely a lovely person. I absolutely love the results so far. Alison explained the whole process step by step from start to finish and made sure I understood all of the aftercare. So far, everything has been amazing. Very professional service. The floatation pod was so relaxing, I was unsure what to expect. Bryan put my mind at rest and gave a full explanation before use. I felt totally relaxed afterwards. The infrared sauna was different than a conventional sauna, as with the floatation pod the instructions were explained fully beforehand, I played my own playlist through the Bluetooth speakers. I enjoyed the sauna, the allocated 30 was enough for me. Altogether a great experience at a very reasonable price through Groupon.

Can’t recommend skin trip medi spa enough , kerry & Jodie & girls are all lovely , I get my Botox & facials wouldn’t go anywhere else 🥰

I had an amazing Jan Marini facial with Rachel! She was warm, knowledgeable, and completely personalised the treatment to my skin. The products felt incredible, and my skin was instantly smoother, brighter, and more hydrated. Rachel explained each step and made the whole experience relaxing and results-driven. Did 30 minutes in the infrared sauna followed by 30 minutes in the float pod. Felt incredibly relaxed afterward and all my stress melted away. Highly recommend.

Rachel is fantastic, I have been to see her 3 times and have already noticed such a difference in my inflammation on my skin. Her recommendations have really helped and she has been so reassuring with working out a plan for my regime. The treatment itself is so soothing and relaxing and she talks you through every step which is so helpful. I wouldn’t go anywhere else!

I really enjoyed the infrared sauna and floatation pod. It was so relaxing. The young girl was lovely. I didn’t enjoy walking through the salon, in my swimsuit, from one room to another though. The sauna was at one end and the floatation room at the other

Had my monthly facial, amazing as always. My skin has changed this month due to the weather/ central heating and me not eating/ drinking as good as normal. Alison spotted it as soon as she saw me and tailored my facial accordingly, giving me advice too. Left her chilled, relaxed and glowing, looking forward to my next facial.

The man who met me and booked me in was really friendly and answered my questions. The experience was amazing and I felt so relaxed .
