Had both a full body hot stones and an hours Indian head massage by Caitlin and it was absolutely fantastic. Melted all my stress and tensions away. I’ve so relaxed since and I know I will get a great sleep tonight. I booked my next appointments before I left! Highly reckomwnt Caitlin and Parl West Spa. I received the stress buster package from Stacey and it was amazing! After a discussion Stacey selected which oils to use and I relaxed in her beautiful, relaxing warm room and left her to use her expertise on all my problem areas, enjoying it so much I fell asleep. I have been to the sanctuary in Covent Garden for a spa day and Stacey rivals any treatment I received there. So professional and knowledgeable, she takes great pride in her profession and I was left feeling so much more relaxed and stress free. Needless to say I highly recommend Stacey and will definitely be back soon.

This was my first ever treatment with Stacey. I was booked in for a relaxing massage and reflexology however after having my consultation Stacey advised me of the KCR treatment and explained in detail how she felt this would target the pains i had more long term than essentially a quick fix massage. Her knowledge was very reassuring and I opted for the KCR treatment, everything was explained in detail and she was very calming and made me feel safe. I left not only feeling relaxed but feeling optimistic! Ready to book a lovely massage and enjoy it knowing my body is in alignment! Thanks so much

Four of us went for a spa day and honestly loved it. We’d been before and had such a good time we had to go back – and this time was even better with the new spa facilities. We all had facials and back/neck/shoulder massages which were amazing, and the whole place was just so relaxing. Staff looked after us really well from start to finish. Such a great day out, we’ll definitely be back again!

Treatments were amazing, possibly the best b/n/s massage I’ve ever had. They can sometimes feel quite rushed but this was really relaxing and didn’t feel rushed at all. As always, I will return to parkwest spa

I had a lovely relaxing time at Park West Spa. Stacey made sure I was warm and comfortable before she began my back massage. The whole visit was subwrb from start to finish. In fact, Stacey had to gentle wake me when it was all over! I've already booked in for next month 👍

Amazing - myself & my partner had treatments for 2 & really enjoyed our experience from start to finish. We both had back, neck & shoulders massages along with arm & hand massages which were great. It was so relaxing & we both left feeling amazing! I’m also pregnant & in my 3rd trimester, so was a bit anxious for a massage however they made me feel so relaxed & at ease. They were so accommodating & made me felt comfortable throughout by checking in on me. I wish I had booked myself in for one sooner! We will definitely be back for more.

I had a lovely morning at the spa I got a back neck and shoulder massage and it was so relaxing both the girls I had were really friendly and made me feel really welcome into the spa. It wad my 1st time here today and I will be back again for some more treatments in the future .

Claire was really friendly and made me feel comfortable and relaxed right away. I love my gel nails and the neck and shoulder massage was amazing, I could feel my muscles unknot and relax throughout. Highly recommend!

Firstly the Spa was stunning and cozy at the same time. Service was great, staff were so attentive and friendly. Claire was also fantastic! Her massage and foot rub were so relaxing, she was just lovely. I’ll definitely be back. Would highly recommend
