I cannot recommend Saunapod enough! I’ve been having LPG Endermologie treatments with Louise, and the transformation in my skin has been nothing short of amazing. Louise is incredibly knowledgeable, always explaining each step and making sure I feel comfortable and confident throughout. It’s rare to find someone so dedicated, professional, and genuinely kind. Every appointment feels like a treat!

As soon as you walk into SaunaPod you feel better. The light, the lovely smells and soft music and the big smiles on Lou’s face! I came in feeling very puffy and with uneven skin tone, feeling like my jowels were taking over my face. First you get snuggled up on the bed under a cosy blanket, then lie back and have the facial. She uses this wonderful apparatus which feels so soothing and relaxing and deep at the same time, all over your face and neck. Then the lovely light mask which feels so calming. Finally the lovely smelling creams and lotions which leave you glowing! It really is the best

Very therapeutic! You feel you are at the hands of a real expert who knows exactly how to release your aches and pains. The infra-red pod is fantastic too, as it heats your muscles tissue through, preparing you for the wonderful massage that comes afterwards. Highly recommended!

After a friend’s recommendation, I visited Saunapod to relieve stress and back tension. Louise was warm and welcoming, explaining everything clearly as it was my first infrared sauna. The session was calming, and the 60-minute massage afterwards was incredible—one of the best I’ve had. I left feeling more relaxed than I have in months. The space is peaceful, professional, and thoughtfully run. I’ll definitely be back and highly recommend it to anyone in need of some proper rest and reset.

Im currently having LPG treatment at the saunapod. Im half way through and already so happy with the results! Louise is so kind and professional and talks you through everything. The space is also very calming and i love that all treatments are natural and health focused

The Saunapod is incredible. Beautifully relaxing, a space to unwind and the treatments are amazing. I’ve noticed such a difference in my skin after having the Mask treatments and I’ve also had the infrared for an injury which has really helped. Highly recommend

I just had a truly wonderful experience at the Saunapod. I had a full body lymphatic drainage massage using the LPG machine, it felt like the perfect blend of a deeply relaxing massage and a full body cleanse all in one. Louise is incredibly knowledgeable, and it’s always such a pleasure to chat with her about all things health and wellness. She’s full of amazing recommendations. We finished the session with a luxurious LPG facial and some of her beautiful skincare products. I left feeling refreshed, uplifted, and glowing. Highly recommended

Having suffered from the lingering and debilitating effects of long covid for 3 years, 6 sessions of red light therapy at Sauna Pod have showed a marked improvement. The brain fog I struggled with is largely gone, my body actually feels awake and I have energy again. Further to note, the abdominal sensitivity that persisted has disappeared along with an over sensitivity to certain foods. I finally feel like I am so close to the light at the end of the tunnel. A relaxing, professional and hygienic environment I can’t recommend Sauna Pod enough!
