Absolute magic. Fab service as always. Came in the day before a big race and my heart rate on race day was the same as I aim for on my easy runs. Infra-red sauna is a game changer!

Great experience at time to float, first time floating and staff made it very comfortable and welcoming and explained everything in detail. Also use the infrared sauna and ionic foot detox which felt amazing during and after, feeling much lighter since the experience and would definitely return. Really helping my stress levels and feels like a mental and physical reset, thank you!
