I was visiting Bristol from the North East and had being having some back pain for sometime - the travel wont help - I came across Ramphai's and had the best massage. Relieved a lot of tension I had in my back and shoulders, travelled home the next day pain free 😊 Thank you

I had a PRF treatment carried out yesterday with amazing results. A lovely boutique salon tucked away in a wonderful country setting on the outskirts of Bristol. Kate’s passion and knowledge is second to none when it comes to all things beauty and in particular looking after your skin with a menu of facials to choose from x

Lisa gave me and my mum the star treatment today! We’ve both recently had treatment for breast cancer and she accommodated both of us at the same time for a manicure and pedicure each. Manpreet was so friendly and welcoming and made me feel very relaxed! She makes the room lovely with candles and spa music and I left feeling calm! She did a very thorough job too and made sure I was always happy and comfortable! Thank you!

Best massage I’ve ever had in Bristol! Or the UK for that matter! A beautiful salon that transports you to Thailand from the decor to the scents and the sounds. A really firm massage, which is hard to find in the UK, and done with such intuition to my needs. Will defo be booking again and recommending to others. I would recommend the salon makes their entrance more obvious, it is easy to miss on the high street when it should be proud and stick out more!

I booked the “weekend treat” (massage & facial) for my best friends birthday!! She’s just messaged me to say it was absolutely amazing, she feels like a new woman!! She also said how Manpreet was just the sweetest and made her feel so comfortable and relaxed… My friend is a very busy working mum of 3, always looking after everyone else… So to have 2 hours just for herself in lovely surroundings was heaven!! She was over the moon!! Highly recommend Manpreet and her customer service and communication was excellent!! Thank you so much Manpreet for making my best friend feel special and cared for.

Kate’s facial was so much more than a facial . It was the most relaxing , holistic and nurturing treatment . The best location to hide away and get totally looked after by Kate . Heaven 😇

I would recommend Lisa and ethical beauty 100% the room is private and inviting. Lisa is a beautiful soul and makes you feel relaxed and welcome. She offers a wide range of treatment using many natural ingredients. This salon is a great addition to our local area.

I had a 1.5-hour massage at Ton Poh Thai Spa and Wellness and it was a great experience. The massage was very good, and the therapist was skilled and professional. The pressure was strong enough, just how I like it, and it really helped relieve my tension. I felt relaxed and refreshed afterward. I would definitely recommend this place and will come back again.

Today was my first time at the wellness retreat and it was fabulous. Kate was so welcoming, professional , friendly and made me feel so relaxed. Time was carefully taken over discussing which treatments would suit my skin best. The treatment its self was incredible ive never had a facial like it and left glowing. The knowledge Kate gave me was fantastic and I cannot wait to explore more treatments in order to promote better skin and personal wellbeing for myself. Cannot thank you enough for bringing life back to my skin and cannot wait for my next apt.

I had my first ever reflexology session and wasn’t quite sure what to expect, but it was such a relaxing and positive experience! Lisa explained everything clearly and made me feel completely at ease from the start. The treatment itself was so relaxing, and I could really feel areas of tension being worked on in a gentle but effective way. I left feeling lighter and much more relaxed. I’d definitely recommend reflexology to anyone curious about it and will definitely be booking with Lisa again.
