Sophie was incredibly welcoming and has a warm, gentle energy which makes you feel instantly calm and comfortable. The massage and supported yoga was very relaxing, but I could feel it working in the areas I had tightness/aches. I can already feel the difference!

Literally haven’t felt that relaxed since I was in my mothers womb🤣 was absolutely beautiful, I felt amazing and nearly was asleep which isn’t like me, sorted all of my problems out with regards to my back and shoulders and it was literally felt like I hit a new spiritual experience with how good it was. Unbelievable service and can’t recommend enough. I was admittedly nervous as I’ve never done any colours or even shaped my hair before getting a balayage & hair cut. Charley knew this and made sure that I was comfortable, and used her expertise and experience within hair to not only make me feel at ease, but also took great care with my hair. I am so so so happy and absolutely adore my new hair style! Thank you so much Charley once again.

Amazing experience. The treatments were extremely relaxing and much needed. Iqra was very professional and attentive, making sure I was comfortable throughout. She explained each step which was reassuring and professional. Worth the 50 minute trip each way!

Me and my mum absolutely loved the Mother’s Day yoga class with lydia, it was so relaxing and we both felt amazing afterwards. Lydia is the best yoga instructor! My mum also had a massage after with Sophie which was wonderful, she felt so comfortable and relaxed. Would 100% recommend wellnest to everyone for either yoga classes or massages!
