The staff were all so friendly, welcoming, and helpful — they made the whole process smooth from start to finish. My technician Lauren was absolutely amazing — she took the time to explain everything clearly, answered all my questions, and made sure I was completely comfortable throughout the session. I really appreciated her professionalism and gentle approach, especially since it was my first time.

This is hands down the cutest spa I’ve ever been to! From the moment I walked in, the atmosphere was incredibly welcoming and peaceful — such a calm, zen vibe throughout. From the moment I reached out, the staff made the entire experience incredibly comfortable and easy. I had what felt like a million questions, lots of changes, and quite a bit of back and forth, but every interaction was met with genuine empathy, patience, and kindness. I had an incredible experience with my laser treatment. From the moment I walked in, Loisse made me feel comfortable, informed, and completely at ease. She took the time to explain every step of the process, answered all my questions, and ensured I was comfortable throughout the session. A portion of the space is under renovation but doesn’t affect your overall experience, the equipment felt top-notch, and the entire service was handled with professionalism and care.

I had an absolutely amazing experience! 10/10 recommend! The ladies there are super friendly, kind and very knowledgeable! You get the whole spa experience. Can’t wait for my next visit!
