The Revival Room has become a staple in my weekly routine. The staff are always welcoming and friendly, the amenities are top tier, and the space is always immaculate. As a frequent user, I only have two small suggestions for improvement: I’d love to see a membership option available, and it would be helpful to view the number of available spaces in the Revival Room when booking, especially when coordinating with friends. That said, the service remains exceptional and it’s a premium experience every time 🙏

Loved the sauna / cold plunge / magnesium spa combination - much needed recovery after a 40km run - was walking far more normally post recovery session

I’ve been to Xmas Recovery in Rouse Hill six times over the past couple of months, and it’s honestly been a game changer. The staff are super friendly and always happy to help—makes the whole experience feel welcoming and relaxed. Facilities are top-notch, everything’s clean and well set up. Great space to unwind!

The girls and I had such a great experience in the revival room on Friday. Everything was explained well and we felt so comfortable. I had the best sleep that night after the magnesium spa so I definitely recommend!
