WOW! What a great experience. Being a newbie to this type of thing, I booked an hour to use both the sauna and the ice bath. firstly, the booking process was seemless and very easy to do. Upon arriving, Lou (owner) took her time to explain everything and answer all my questions on the best way to go about the process of temperature therapy. The facilities are spotlessly clean with a really chilled vibe and you are also able to adjust the temperature of both the sauna and the spa to make it easier for your first time! I walked out feeling amazing and will definitely be coming back soon.

Such a relaxing place to take some time for yourself and recharge. The owner is so lovely and the space is super clean and private. We are currently travelling oz in a caravan, so whilst we were in Perth for a week I bought a 5 pack, which was such awesome value and I left feeling so good. Highly recommend this place. I’ll definitely be back next time we visit Perth.

My morning at the day spa was incredible. So relaxing and loved every moment there! Deanna was so wonderful and was a great masseuse ensuring I was happy and comfortable the whole time. My facial was also amazing! Will definitely be back! Thank you Deanna for a wonderful experience at Solace.

I did the shift experience and absolutely loved it. I loved the guided session using the headphones to tell me when to move in and out of the sauna and the ice bath as well as the guided breathing. Really felt my body relax throughout the session and will definitely be back again. Really friendly and helpful. Thanks again!

Awesome space, quality playlist! Lou showed me the ropes as a first timer and now I’m hooked and will definitely be back. The sauna and ice bath were top quality and the space is well thought out and relaxing.

Super friendly and knowledgeable! The sauna was perfectly hot, the ice bath was sparkling clean, and I even got to hang out with their adorable Frenchie. Such a relaxing and fun experience can’t wait to come back!

Absolutely amazing experience! Loved the bathhouse and we were lucky enough to have it to ourselves! So relaxing, only thing I’d recommend is some water in there as some people don’t like coconut water and we were dying of thirst after the sauna haha! Massage was beautiful, such kind staff and I love the heated massage beds. Will definitely be back :)

Love Kure Sauna & Ice Bath! It is incredibly well set up and spotless. Lou was fantastic—she even shared some helpful breathing techniques to use during the ice bath, which made the experience so much better. I highly recommend it and can definitely see myself becoming a regular!

Friendly staff and one of the best remedial massages I have had in Perth. Linh was amazing and helped with my soreness.

Wonderful couple of hours from the minute we walked in! Facilities in the bath house were great, such a relaxing space. Our massages were fantastic, the room was clean & peaceful. Our therapists were kind and welcoming. We left feeling pampered and relaxed, definitely recommend.

It is definitely my new favorite spa. 😍 I had an incredible massage with Ally, and I’m absolutely thrilled with the experience. Firstly, the place looks fresh and beautiful, and you feel relaxed just by being there. Ally's skill and attention to detail made the massage so relaxing—she is truly great. My experience at Ambience Wellness was wonderful. A quiet, calm & relaxing environment, fabulous masseurs who know what they’re doing (especially Diana) and I walk out every time feeling renewed and relaxed. I highly recommend this place and will now be attending regularly to relieve all the stress I seem to build up in my back, shoulders and neck at least fortnightly. Reasonable prices too.

Fantastic! Victoria was great and I very much enjoyed the entire experience. The Vanilla Slice is a great package and if I ever make my way back to Perth I will certainly return.
