Its always a fantastic experience coming to BioHaven in Somerville, from the moment you step through the doors, the welcome is genuine and sincere. Everything is explained and the IR sauna is toasty and hot, perfect for that sweat session to remove toxins from your body. I love the fire and ice contrast and I come out of the session feeling alive and revitalised. Highly recommend 👌 I cant wait for my next session. Thanks Sheree and the team.

A lovely place that makes you feel great as soon as you walk in! I had the best red light bed session which made me feel like I’d just been out in the sun! It made me feel alive and well! A must try!

Great new addition! Thanks for sharing this little gem in Somerville. The ladies at Bio Haven are gorgeous, friendly and genuinely go out of their way to help. The space is still growing but the direction is spot on and what they’ve created so far is a solid foundation. Looking forward to getting stuck into more of the equipment on offer. Will definitely be back.

Wow! What an experience. From the minute I walked in the door till I left the building! Claire was fantastic. Reassuring , attentive and friendly. Advised me of what to expect with my first Hocatt experience. Highly recommend Bio Haven. Came out feeling refreshed and rejuvenated!

Very positive experience with the lovely ladies at Bio Haven who were so attentive and caring and explained everything we needed to know about HOCATT throughout the treatment. My daughter feels like this has been a wonderful therapeutic treatment for her. We’ll be back soon for the next one!
