Deepa is always friendly and polite her work is good and great communicator just one minor problem making a charge for removal of old shellac …..you also need to use toe separators and not hand towel. Your equipment used should be more pristine ….clean use of foot pads for your feet and not bare floor ! Music would be nice and refreshments offered make it more up market salon would be nice ! Oh what can I say! What a beautiful, relaxing environment to have my first Hollywood wax in many years! From the minute I walked in the door, Rachel just put me at ease. The treatment, prep, after care and her attention to perfection were all 10/10. What a truly wonderful and surprisingly relaxing experience! Won’t be going anywhere else for my waxing now!
