I go every four weeks for a facial and eyebrow tint. Today I also had an eyelash tint. Mini is a very professional beautician. The facial Mini provides is the best I have ever experienced. The massage is out of this world. My eyelashes and eyebrows look fantastic. I always leave the clinic feeling refreshed and extremely relaxed. I recently had my eyebrows waxed by an incredibly talented lady, and I must say, it was an amazing experience! Not only was she exceptionally nice, but she was also incredibly detailed in explaining the entire process to me. She took the time to understand the shape of my eyebrows and how to enhance their beauty perfectly. Plus, it was such a pleasure chatting with her throughout the appointment. Always leave the salon impressed and happy with my results! I have been seeing Chiara regularly for about a year for regular brow wax and tint and she is pays great attention to detail. Louban has amazing customer service skills. I got to the salon and I wasn’t booked in, so Louban fitted me in to a time that suited me. When I came back she couldn’t apologise enough. Bruna, I hope I’ve spelled her name correctly, was great, a very pleasant lady who gave me a lovely massage with just the right pressure. She also gave me detailed directions on how to get to the salon. I will be back.

The best my brows and lashes have ever looked! Somehow the brows get better every time, I’m obsessed! I have always had issues with product getting in my eyes during the lash lift / tint process, but NEVER with Chiara, she takes the time and does them so perfectly! Absolutely love this salon!! X
