A huge thank you to Amber for fixing a broken nail before it ripped and became a much more painful experience! My nails looked lovely and lasted long enough for them to grow in without another break or tear. 👍 Both women running the shop were fun and professional, and my only one complaint was that it smelled like a nail salon (go figure since it is one!) It is a small, but tidy, place situated well for a nice coffee or bit to eat afterwards, and I very much enjoyed their company as well as Amber’s expertise.

Long session of electrolysis today! Grateful to say I don’t look like a billy goat 🐐 anymore! Not the most luxurious of treatments, but I felt quite comfortable enough safely in Donna’s magical hands! Great treatment for permanent hair removal and not nearly as painful as repeated waxing or use of an epilator. And Donna really does have the most nimble of hands! ☺️

Donna is a consummate professional. She is welcoming, friendly and has a way of putting her clients at ease immediately. I have been going to her for around a year now, having never had a bikini line/Brazilian wax done professionally before. Any feelings of awkwardness disappeared quickly, and we were so busy chatting that I didn't really notice what was going on 'down below'! She always does a fabulous job, her treatment room is warm and cosy and, on top of that, there is a fabulous cafe below!

A big thank you again Hayley for the three hours of pampering last night. I found it so relaxing I certainly slept well after it. 😊😊 I am now well and truly ready for my holiday! Nails, eyebrow shaping, eyebrows and eye lash tint, eye lash lift and of course the waxing of the legs and under arms.

Absolutely amazing. Abby was really friendly and made me feel at ease. The salon was beautiful and comfortable. The massage and facial were heavenly. I’ll definitely be back. My skin was positively glowing.

Leighanne is an excellent beautician, I go regularly for my nails, brows and eyelashes and wouldn't go anywhere else. All the beauticians are friendly and the salon is beautiful. I highly recommend this salon.

Really enjoyed my pedicure with Abbey in her lovely warm and cosy salon. Friendly professional service and great products, and now I have new feet! Will be going back soon for another pamper

Hayley is brilliant. I have a monthly massage and facial and she’s just amazing - incredibly relaxing environment and I leave feeling revived! Hayley is really professional, the room is super comfortable and everything is always clean and well organised. My massage is always perfect, just the right level of pressure to sort out niggles that I pick up during training and the facial (which includes a head massage) is just the best I’ve ever had. This is the place to go in Warwickshire for sure!

As always my experience in the salon was great, from walking in the salon I was treated like a VIP. The atmosphere was warm and friendly and I was offered a drink. The salon has been extended and now includes the downstairs, it's impeccably clean and comfortable. Leighanne as always did a fantastic job on my nails and I highly recommend her to anyone.

I have been to Star Anise for different treatments over the last 16 years; Donna is a lovely, friendly person, brilliant at what she does; I would highly recommend this beauty salon.
